Abstract Background Anatomic knowledge of the tricuspid valve (TV) is first step in diagnostic algorithm patients with regurgitation (TR), who are candidates for transcatheter intervention (TTVI). Currently, echocardiography and computed tomography (CT) available instruments to study TV anatomy, guide decision-making process support development novel therapies. Purpose The Tricuspid Regurgitation IMAging (TRIMA) aimed correlate CT parameters commonly used echocardiographic variables. Methods This prospective, single-center enrolled 22 consecutive TR equal or greater than severe (≥3+). All underwent transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE), transesophageal (TEE) cardiac study, order obtain anatomical dimensions annulus quantification right-chambers remodeling function.
